Meet our CEO
Tim Wiklund is our Owner/CEO. He currently manages the operations from acquisitions to portfolio management. Tim decided to into Real Estate Investing while in his senior year at University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he received his Bachelors in Finance. Tim is also apart of the Army National Guard. In his free time, you can catch him at the gym, spending time with friends and family, or watching the Carolina Hurricanes.
