Our second investment, we quickly qualified and purchased a very under market priced single family home. Providing us with built in equity at closing. In June, we sold this property for a 30% profit.

For our first company investment, we bought a recently renovated single family home. In April 2024, we sold this property for a 30% profit.

Our most recent purchase was on a duplex. This purchase was our first multifamily deal.
